RFP's for the Programs and Services Grants will be sent out on February 1st.  Please contact Michelle Gallagher at 231-947-3200 x 10 or michelleg@unitedway.tcnet.org if you have any questions.

Letters of Intent for the Programs and Services Grants will be due in our office by 5pm on February 18th. 

Completed grant application is due in our office by 5pm on March 10th.

All applicant organizations must meet the following criteria:

• Provide direct services to citizens in Antrim, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska and/or Leelanau Counties.
  
• Be a tax-exempt health or human services organization in existence for at least two years. (Provide IRS determination letter.)
• Have a volunteer, representative Board of Directors that ensures effective management. (Provide list of members and affiliations.)
• Be licensed by the State Attorney General as a charitable organization or be exempt from same. (Provide copy of license.)
• Provide full disclosure of finances. (Provide an audit and IRS Form 990.)
• Certify that administrative and fund raising expenses do not exceed 25% of gross revenue. (Provide statement with current percentage.)
• dhere to a policy of nondiscrimination in the provision of services and employment. (Provide copy of policy.)
